I thought I should let you know how pleased I was with the help that your treatment coordinator provided to me when I was in for my appointment-she exemplifies customer service and professionalism in every respect!

Toward the end of last year, I needed dental work which, to me, was cost prohibitive and work I could not afford. I opted to get only the service I could afford and let the rest go. Well, your staff worked with me and devised a payment plan that allowed me to get the work done and be able to pay for it.

Well, today, another bomb! I needed ANOTHER crown, but there was no way I could conceivably think about having this work done, although the tooth has already begun to bother me! In between meeting with other patients today, your treatment coordinator worked diligently to find a way for me to get my dental work done. It got to the point where I told her if we could not find anything I could afford, I would not worry about it-it was not to be. She did not give up and , bottom line: we have workable, affordable plan for me.

I am sure she was doing her job but the way in which she did it impressed me. She gave each patient that needed to see her the amount of time they, but she also was aware of the next person waiting; I never felt rushed, nor did I feel I was shoved aside while someone else took the chair for a while. Your staff is always friendly, and take the time to ensure I understand what was done and what was expected of me.

The staff at NAD is always friendly and helpful, and your treatment coordinator is certainly a dedicated employee who does an excellent job with your patients.

You are truly the best dentist I have ever had. I want to take a moment to thank you for the service that you have provided to me. Your office does excellent work and I can honestly say that I was always pleased with the quality and outcome every time. And, having just come back from a dentist in the Chicago area, I can say that with painful certainty. Your office and staff are kind hearted, and caring towards their patients. I am asking, most humbly, to be able to be your patient again. I will travel the distance just to get quality work.
